Guild Solutions, Inc. (GSI), a subsidiary of Guild Group Holdings based in Melbourne, Australia, is proud to announce that it has achieved an Employee Engagement Score of 87%. This score is significantly higher than the Australian benchmarks for 2024, underscoring GSI’s commitment to fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Located in Manila, Philippines, GSI has demonstrated superior people management, with 9 out of 10 staff members believing that GSI is the best place to work. Furthermore, the same proportion of staff would recommend GSI to their friends and network, attesting to the company’s strong reputation as an employer of choice.

GSI’s employee turnover rate stands at 9%, well below industry benchmarks. This low turnover rate is a testament to GSI’s ability to retain its talented workforce through effective management and a supportive work culture.
