Our programs are genderless and enforces policies that envisages an organisation free of discrimination. Our progress

We believe that DEI is not only the right thing to do, but also a strategic advantage that enables us to attract and retain the best talent, enhance our creativity and innovation, and serve our customers and communities better. Beginning 2024, we are striving to have regular DEI workshops, webinars and dialogues that educate our employees on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competence and allyship. 

We partner with industry experts in crafting policies that ensure our workplace is inclusive and free from any form of discrimination. We have robust policies against discrimination across all levels of the employee life cycle, from hiring and compensation to performance management and career development.

We are proud of our progress, but we also recognize that there is always room for improvement. We are constantly learning, listening and evolving to make our company a place where everyone can thrive and succeed.


Not all organizations are equally committed to DEI, especially in the Philippines, where there is still a lack of awareness and action on this topic. According to a report by Great Place To Work Philippines, only 36% of employees in the Philippines feel that their company is doing enough to promote DEI in the workplace. 

That is why we at GSI are proud to be one of the few organizations that stick with doing what's right. We believe that DEI is not only a moral obligation, but also a strategic advantage that enables us to attract and retain the best talent, serve our diverse customers and stakeholders, and drive innovation and growth in our industry.

Inclusivity in GSI

Since inception, we strive to have policies and procedures that knows no gender, beliefs, race or any identifiers. We started with our health insurance that recognises same-sex beneficiaries and has been in place since our incorporation in 2020.

Partnership with PFIP

We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture for our employees, customers and partners. We are currently working on a partnership with the Philippine Financial and Inter-industry Pride (PFIP) association, a leading organization that promotes LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion in the financial sector and beyond.

Inclusive Workplace: Visit our Office

At our company, we understand the challenges of balancing work and family, especially for parents with young children. That's why we have created a family-friendly work environment that supports our staff in their personal and professional lives.

We offer a flexible work policy that allows our staff to work remotely for a significant part of the week, as well as inviting them to bring their children to the office when they need to. Our office is designed to accommodate parents and their children, with dedicated spaces for childcare, play, and learning. In this video, you will see how our office provides a safe and comfortable setting for our staff and their little ones, while enabling them to perform at their best.

We also thought of making our office space conducive for both introverts and extroverts! The office space has areas for collaboration and private works areas that will allow anyone to be productive no matter their interaction preferences.

We endeavour a place free of discrimination as part of our long-term vision to transform our company into a multi-faceted organisation that recognises diversity as an essential component of productivity and innovation.

9 out of 10 of our staff members agree that GSI is the best place to work, and have consistently remain engaged since our incorporation in 2020. Nevertheless, we consistently solicit feedback from our staff members and stakeholders on how to keep improving and refining our approach and processes.
