The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) is a professional, non-stock, not-for-profit organization of over 2,500 member companies and individual management executives engaged or interested in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations work. PMAP helps its members become more effective on the job by teaching the human aspect of management via numerous career development forums and training programs. PMAP also offers online resources, people manager magazine, books, publications, and up-to-date information on government issuances and other current labour and employment concerns.
As a member of PMAP, GSI benefits from the association's thought leadership, expertise, and network in the field of people management. PMAP helps us shape policies for our people that are aligned with the best practices, standards, and trends in the industry. PMAP also provides us with opportunities to learn from other member companies and experts on how to improve our human resource management and industrial relations practices.
